Nurake Capital’s Estate

Located in Liscia di Vacca next to Porto Cervo and abandoned for the last 30 years, our resort spans over an area of 10 hectares and is composed of a central building and 30 detached apartments designed in the traditional style of the Costa Smeralda. They are immersed in the unspoilt nature of Gallura and just a short distance from the most exclusive tourist destinations on the coast. All the units, available in three different types have a total built volume of approximately 7,400 m3, and are connected by outdoor spaces that run throughout the entire village.

Currently, the deal is off-market awaiting for regulatory approval from the municipality of Arzachena. The municipality is currently in the process of approving the urban plan for the whole area.
