About Us
Architect Cristina Martina and real estate developer Gianni Piredda lead the team behind Nurake Capital.
Cristina, who graduated in Architecture in 1987, began her professional activity in Costa Smeralda immediately thereafter, starting with the development of the Bagaglino project, whose construction works were executed and managed by Gianni.
An inseparable team ever since, the two professionals have delivered dozens of projects over more than 40 years of joint activity, in Italy and internationally.
Their work ranges from the construction of exclusive villas in Costa Smeralda, to the development of luxury resorts in Sardinia and the Caribbean, as well as large-scale public infrastructure projects, and military and governmental facilities.
In recent years, Andrea Piredda has joined the team, overseeing property management, travel design, deal making, business development, and concierge services.
In addition, we collaborate with an extensive network of carefully selected professionals and companies, chosen for their expertise and experience across the real estate, hospitality, and tax advisory sectors.
